No, Purchase College Library does not collect audiobooks nor does the Library have any subscriptions to digital audiobooks.
Fortunately, the Westchester Public Library System has access to digital audiobook platforms like OverDrive and hoopla as well as physical audiobooks on CD. See our FAQ on how Purchase students, staff, and Broadview residents can apply for a WLS library card and access audiobooks.
If you are a student and need an audio version of a novel or textbook for accessibility purposes, we encourage you to reach out to the Office of Disability Resources. ODR can help you log in / get access to audiobooks through the Bookshare and Learning Ally platforms or help you use speech-to-text software like Read&Write.
