The Mailroom/ Receiving is located in the "tunnel" under the campus mall which leads from the loading dock by UPD, beneath the Library and CMFT buildings, and ends in the underpass across from the Performing Arts Center.
The package pick-up window is next to the student mailboxes and can be accessed via the stairs near Einstein's Bagels or stairs from inside the CMFT building. There is no direct access to the Mailroom from inside the Library.
