If you notice that all of your Moodle course enrollments disappear suddenly, you must contact the Office of the Registrar to determine what is causing the issue with your registration. Once the issue is resolved with the Registrar, your Moodle courses will reappear shortly thereafter, as will any work you have already submitted in the course.
If needed, please create a ticket using the CTS Helpdesk Work Order Tracking System (WOT) to request that your data be synced between MyHeliotrope and Moodle. Be sure to include the course’s CRN, Title, and Instructor in the Work Order details.
Please note that the TLTC cannot resolve these issues.
